Established in October 2000, Siam Poongsan Matal is the only manufacturer of rolled copper and copper alloy products in Southeast Asia. Products manufactured at Siam Poongsan range from sheets and strips and coin blanks to other copper and copper alloy products.

Siam Poongsan is a major supplier of coin blanks to the Thai government. With its completely integrated copper and copper alloy production facilities from melting and casting to slitting – Siam Poongsan has contributed significantly to the development of the Southeast Asian region by providing alternative sources of fabricated products for key industries. As a result, it has become a recognized and reliable supplier of copper and copper alloy products not only to Thailand but also to the other nations in the region.

Siam Poongsan Metal aims to produce copper and copper alloys of strip, sheet and coin blanks that meets the wide range of the customer’s needs based on corporate social responsibility, environmentally, socially, and occupational health to employees and consumers for sustainable business.
