คุณสมบัติ\qualification : |
Thai nationality, male or female aged 22-35, with pleasant personality.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in production, inspection, quality control and Testing in manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and continuous improvement.
(PDCA cycle).
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and fact-based
decision-making.
Good leadership, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Able to report and present in both English and Thai.
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Male applicants must have completed military service.
The company does not hire applicants under 18 years of age. |
รายละเอียด\job scope : |
Develop and improve processes and products.
Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products; manage
nonconforming items.
Monitor process results, analyze data, and resolve daily issues.
Follow up on CAR/PAR and evaluate effectiveness.
Handle customer complaints.
Develop and control testing and calibration processes.
Train and coach operators.
Maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. |
