The Provident Fund.
8 - 10 % of basic salary.
Housing allowance.
2,000 baht / month.
Transportation allowance.
2,000 - 2,400 baht / month.
Afternoon shift & Night shift.
Afternoon shift = 80 baht / day, Night shift = 120 baht / day.
Diligence allowance.
Starting from 300 baht --> 400 baht --> 500 baht.
Work year experience.
100 baht / year.
Group insurance.
Accident claim = 30,000 baht / time, IPD = 10,000 baht / time, OPD = 1,000 baht / time.
Best employee's trip to Korea.
One time per year for selected personnel.
Annual health check up.
All employee.
Activities.
Annual Party, QSHE Day, SPM League, Company Anniversary Party.
